Tom and Margaret McKnight founded McKnight Hardware in 1950. Current owners since 1982 are Arden and Kay Alverson. The store is located at the corner of East Bessemer Ave. and Winston St. in Greensboro North Carolina, two blocks east of Highway 29 North. We are a full service hardware and lawn and garden store with a large sporting goods department that features hunting and fishing gear. We also carry outdoor STIHL® power equipment.
